Invoice statuses: draft, sent, paid, overdue
Track each invoice from draft to paid so you always know who owes you.
Every invoice carries a status:
- Draft: still being prepared, not counted as outstanding.
- Sent: delivered to the client and awaiting payment.
- Paid: the client has paid. Mark it paid when the money lands in your account, and Nomad Bro records the date.
- Overdue: past the due date and still unpaid.
Your Overview shows the total outstanding across sent and overdue invoices, so the number you are owed is always in front of you. Because Nomad Bro does not process payments, you mark an invoice paid yourself once you confirm the funds arrived.

- Does marking an invoice paid move any money?
- No. It only updates the status and records the paid date in your books. You confirm payment in your own bank or wallet.
