This policy explains what Nomad Bro collects and how it is used. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and the finance dashboard.

What we collect

• Usage analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-first, aggregate, no cookies) and Microsoft Clarity (page interactions and session replays used to improve the experience). Clarity may set cookies and record how you move through pages; it does not capture the content you type into form fields.
• Things you send us. If you subscribe to updates, we store your email address. If you submit a coworking inquiry, we receive the name, email, and message you enter so we can pass it along.
• Account and finance data. If you create an account and use the dashboard, we store the details you enter to run it (your profile, clients, invoices, and expenses). This data is yours and is only used to power your dashboard.
• Payments. If you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We rely on a small set of service providers to operate: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Microsoft Clarity (analytics), FormSubmit (delivering form submissions to us), Stripe (payments), and Google (optional sign-in). When you click a partner link, the destination provider receives the normal referral information any link would pass; we only recommend partners we would use ourselves.

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies needed for the site to function and for the analytics described above. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the core content of the site still works without them.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete the data associated with you by emailing antoni.k.pestka@gmail.com. If you have a dashboard account, deleting it removes the finance data tied to it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
