Keep each client's details and billing currency in one place, with lifetime totals.
Clients are the businesses and people you invoice. Add each one under Clients with their name, email, company, address, and the currency you bill them in.
Once a client exists, you can create invoices for them in a couple of clicks. Each client shows a lifetime total, normalized to your base currency, so you can see who your biggest accounts really are regardless of what currency they pay in.
